INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, garlic and green onions until all combined. Make 1-inch sized balls and place on a prepared baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pop the meatballs in the oven and bake for about 13 to 15 minutes, until lightly browned and cooked through.
While the meatballs are baking in the oven, combine soy sauce, honey, beef broth, garlic, and pepper in a small saucepan on the stove and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes to thicken up.
If you feel like your sauce is too thin, mix 1/2 tablespoon of cornstarch with 1/2 tablespoon of water in a small bowl to make a slurry and pour that into the sauce to thicken it up even more. Mix in 1/4 tsp to 1/2 tsp crushed red chili flakes and turn off the heat.
Once the meatballs are done baking, coat them entirely with the sticky sauce.
Spoon meatballs over fluffy jasmine rice, drizzling with extra sauce, and top with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
