Weekly Dinner Meal Plan

Best of all? I’ve simplified the shopping process with a complete grocery list, so you can grab everything you need in one trip.

Protein

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 packs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 3 salmon fillets (6-8 oz each)

Vegetables

  • 1 white onion
  • 2 red onions
  • 9 cloves garlic (for multiple recipes)
  • 4 bell peppers (any color)
  • 4 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, snap peas)
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 containers cherry tomatoes (for multiple recipes)
  • 1 lemon
  • Asparagus
  • Green onions
  • 2 heads broccoli (for multiple recipes)
  • 1 avocado

Canned Goods and Pantry

  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 16 oz can traditional refried beans
  • 1/3 cup beef broth
  • Instant mashed potatoes
  • Jasmine rice

Dairy

  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (either sharp cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese

Grains & Bread

  • 1 container panko breadcrumbs
  • 12 street taco size corn tortillas
  • Stir fry rice noodles
  • 2 flat breads

Condiments & Sauces

  • 1 bottle soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Japanese BBQ sauce
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 container of pesto sauce

  • 2 packets hot chili seasoning
  • 1 packet mild chili seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red chili flakes
