  • 3 salmon fillets about 6-8oz each
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ tablespoon of each seasoning:
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Paprika
  • Lemon pepper
  • Old bay seasoning
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  • Prepare the Breadcrumb Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, lemon pepper, old bay seasoning, oregano, salt, pepper, melted butter, and olive oil. Mix everything together until it forms a crumbly mixture.
  • Coat the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet. Make sure to coat the fillets evenly, pressing the breadcrumb mixture firmly so that it adheres to the salmon.
  • Bake the Salmon: Place the breadcrumb-crusted salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden brown and crispy.
  • Finish with Lemon: Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the breadcrumb-crusted tops of the salmon fillets for a burst of flavor.
